In this lecture for foreign students, our professor summarized trends and examples from the marketing practice of well-known Croatian and global brands.
What are the current marketing trends in the food industry and what does the branding of food products in Croatia look like? What marketing innovations are present on a global level?
The answers to these questions were conveyed to the students of the international Brittany Université by VERN's Assistant Professor Jadranka Ivanković, Ph.D., who held a guest online lecture for a group of students entitled "International Marketing in Practice, Brand Strategy, Marketing Innovations in Food Industry".
Since Assistant Professor Ivanković gained rich business experience in the food industry in management positions, the lecture was attended by many lecturers from this partner institution.
In addition to theoretical assumptions and summarizing marketing trends, our professor enriched the lecture with a series of examples from the marketing practice of well-known Croatian and global brands.
