Even though Zagreb was my last choice I can honestly say I'm very happy that I chose it. During my stay I travelled a lot, so I visited Venice, Rome, Milan, Paris, Barcelona, Bosnia and Belgrade. I liked studying at VERN', it was really excellent and all the lecturers were very nice since the beginning – always there to help us and transfer new and interesting knowledge.

This is my first time in Zagreb, but most of my friends who have been to Croatia told me it’s a wonderful country to stay. During my stay I had the opportunity to meet Erasmus colleagues from all over Europe – all those different cultures, languages and people. But the thing that really surprised me a lot is the kindness of Croatian people. Broadening our horizons, better understanding of other cultures and improving the ability to take action – these could be gained from the program, not just making new friends.

Even though Zagreb has a lot of faculties, VERN' seemed to me as the best choice. I was really surprised with your courses – they are very dynamic and productive, not so based on heavy theory and lots of papers. Besides that, your lecturers are really good and helpful. I decided to come to Croatia because it's a really nice country and an amazing tourist destination and as a student of Tourism Management I wanted to learn more about it.
