In the future, companies will need to find a way to integrate CSR into their business models as customers will increasingly appreciate companies that recognize social issues and actively contribute to solving them.

This was concluded on today’s guest lecture at VERN' given by her Excellency Diane Helen Madunic, Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Croatia and VERN's graduate Tena Pick, the topic of the lecture "The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship - Global Experiences", and the lecturers students to the application of Corporate Social Responsibility in Sweden and Swedish companies, many of which also operate in Croatia and encourage women's entrepreneurship through social projects in Dubai and India.

VERN's graduate Tena Pick, is a social entrepreneurship specialist who has developed projects in Dubai, the Middle East, the Caribbean and Asia. She is currently launching ProjectKAL a women's entrepreneurship promotion project in India.
